Fitness has always been my way of overcoming challenges including dysphoria, and transforming both my body and mind. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to find a supportive space in the fitness world, and that's why I'm here, to provide the guidance and encouragement I wish I had when I first started.
I spent years struggling to achieve the body I wanted, trying strict diets and exhausting workout routines that didn't last. For seven years, I felt stuck in a cycle of inconsistency.
It wasn't until I found a sustainable approach that I saw real change. I'm here to help you do the same, my coaching is designed to help you lose fat, build muscle, and regain your confidence without restrictive plans or toxic bro culture. I provide a judgment-free space where you can feel safe and supported as you work toward your goals.

I don't just give you a workout; we install the habits, nutrition science, and psychological tools you need to sculpt your body to align with your identity and keep it for life. Absolutely. While I specialize in gender-affirming fitness, my method is rooted in universal principles. Science doesn’t change whether you want to burn fat or build muscle. In fact, many allies join because they value a coaching environment that prioritizes a safe space and science over the "toxic" gym culture found elsewhere.

The investment depends on the level of support, how long you sign up for and what package you select.
However, to put it in perspective: Most clients spend more on weekend takeout, unused gym memberships, and "quick-fix" supplements than the daily cost of this program. For the price of a modest daily meal out, you are getting a 1:1 coach, a 16-module science-backed curriculum, and learn to be your own coach and never have to pay for a coach again.

Yes, you will have access to me throughout the week (mon-fri) for support, guidance or just to chat. I always aim to get back to your message on the same or the following day. There is an in-app chat feature which you can use any time, and I will use it to communicate with you too!

Yes, the minimum commitment period is 4 months. Anything less than that isn’t sufficient enough if you want results that you can sustain long term. There are no shortcuts when it comes to achieving your goals.
